We’re looking for a Culture and Administration Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our team—owning office operations and elevating our culture through thoughtful experiences, events, and external activities.
What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day office experience—supplies, vendors, facilities, and overall office operations
- Lead the charge on culture: team events, get-togethers, celebrations, outings, and external activities
- Support executives with calendars, meetings, travel, and key administrative needs
- Partner with recruiting as needed on sourcing and research projects (you’re technically savvy and love learning tools)
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and team experience—then make it happen

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in office management, executive support, workplace experience, or operations
- Strong event planning and coordination skills (logistics creativity)
- Experience supporting recruiting, sourcing, research, or CRM/ATS systems is a plus
- Experience with a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) preferred
- Technically savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly; able to support recruiting workflows and tools (LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, AI)
- Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across a small team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and warmth
- Extremely high attention to detail and follow-through
- Highly proactive and resourceful—sees what needs to happen and makes it happen
