GREAT PAY
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour a $1500 sign-on bonus for candidates with Service Titan experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing our team members' expertise and contributions.

YOUR NEW ROLE
You will work Monday - Friday. There is some weekend availability.
You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients. HVAC Customer Service experience and familiarity with ServiceTitan are a plus for this position. Your main responsibilities will include promptly answering phone calls and efficiently processing new and existing client service requests. Additionally, you will assist in scheduling customer service appointments, handle field staff dispatching, and make outbound calls to efficiently schedule maintenance for our existing customer base. Data entry, invoicing, and filing tasks will also be part of your day-to-day duties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working in an HVAC office
- Quick learner with phone and clerical experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to interact effectively with other employees
- Basic math and written communication skills
