Role Description This full-time or part-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Sacramento, CA. The Customer Service Representative will greet customers, answer questions about products and services, and support customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges. Daily responsibilities include responding to in-person and phone inquiries, handling basic order and payment processing, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role also involves assisting with display organization, supporting sales associates, and ensuring the store environment is clean, professional, and inviting. Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative or in similar customer service roles.

- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
