Duties

- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support office management activities such as filing, proofreading documents, calendar management, and organizing office supplies.
- Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing phone etiquette, and supporting administrative processes.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing and tracking payments while maintaining organized records.
- Provide bilingual support when needed to assist diverse customer bases or team members effectively.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
