Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs)
- Conduct daily safety observations and hazard reporting
- Assist with toolbox talks, pre-task planning, and safety meetings
- Monitor use of PPE, fall protection, and other safety measures
- Assist in documenting incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
- 1–3 years of construction safety or field experience (mission critical preferred)
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid preferred
- Basic knowledge of trenching, excavation, and fall protection safety
- Ability to travel regularly to job sites
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
