Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support to Superintendents and Project Managers in daily field operations
- Review drawings, RFIs, and project documents to support accurate execution
- Assist with purchase order requisitions, material tracking, and delivery coordination
- Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, records, and files
- Attend and contribute to project progress meetings
- Monitor project schedules, costs, and resources to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Support in maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards on all project sites
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support project success
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of construction specifications, methods, and procedures
- Ability to apply engineering principles to solve construction challenges
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous construction internship, co-op, or field experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments
