What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loaner Car Manager position at Gregg Orr Auto Collection?
Duties: Completes all rental agreements and includes current valid insurance
information for collision and comprehensive coverage.
Responsible for making certain all drivers of rental vehicles have valid driver’s license.
Responsible to check on all returned vehicles for any damages.
Responsible for assessing all additional charges for cleaning.
Responsible for assessing any additional fees if vehicle is smoked inside of.
Responsible for making certain that all loaner agreements are filled out completely.
Responsible for ensuring loaner vehicles are kept in an organized fashion, properly
parked and locked.
All routine maintenance of loaner vehicles and proper records maintained.
Responsible for going over safety rules with customers before releasing vehicle.
Responsible for making certain all recalls are completed in timely manner.
Responsible for assessing excess mileage fees or late return fee.
Responsible for making certain vehicle is returned with same amount of fuel it left the
dealership with or that customer is assessed proper charge.
Always provides exemplary customer service and resolves issues quickly.
Responsible for ensuring rental vehicles are kept in pristine condition and fueled as
needed.
Responsible for collecting any fees related to rental vehicles.
If vehicle is damaged, responsible for making certain any diminished value charges
are collected.
If rental fees are related to warranty charges, responsible for making certain charges
are filed with warranty company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
