Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and long-term minded Purchasing & Inventory Assistant to support daily purchasing tasks, supplier communication, inventory tracking, and documentation.
Stability and responsibility are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect and organize purchase requests from production and office teams
• Maintain purchasing logs and update spreadsheets
• Request supplier quotes and prepare price comparison sheets
• Track order status and delivery schedules
• Record incoming materials and update inventory levels
• Assist with warehouse organization and periodic stock counts
• Match invoices with PO and delivery receipts
• Maintain supplier files, documents, and basic material records
Qualifications
- No experience required; purchasing or inventory experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, stable, and willing to learn
- Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
