Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related field

Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain procurement plans and schedules to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Analyze inventory levels, schedules, and forecasts to determine procurement needs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy of order information.
- Track and manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery.
- Communicate with internal departments to understand and meet material requirements.
- Resolve supply chain issues and manage risks related to procurement activities.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on reliability, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and evaluate market trends.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and analyses to management.
- Ensure proper documentation and recording of procurement activities and transactions.
- Maintain and update procurement databases and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost management for procurement activities
Physical/Environmental Requirements

- Domestic and international travel to engage with customers and audit suppliers.
