Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build positive relationships to understand their vehicle needs.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their preferences and budgets.
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and available options.
• Respond to incoming leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and schedule appointments.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate professionally and assist customers through the purchasing process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up with potential buyers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial interaction through vehicle delivery.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A motivated, goal-oriented attitude with a desire to earn.
• Professionalism and a positive approach to working with customers.
• Willingness to learn and participate in paid training.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but motivated candidates with sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
