About the Opportunity
Greenway Automotive Group is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join the team at Team One Chevy. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service while helping customers maintain and repair their vehicles.
As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from vehicle drop-off through completion of repairs.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Write service orders and document customer concerns accurately
- Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a clear, professional manner
- Provide repair estimates and communicate pricing and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and additional service recommendations
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed
- Maintain accurate service records and customer information
- Build customer trust and encourage repeat business through excellent service
- Help meet service department goals for customer satisfaction, productivity, and sales
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and ability to build customer relationships
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service department
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs preferred
- Previous automotive service advisor, dealership, or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and management
- Willingness to learn dealership systems and service procedures
