Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Inspect brakes, suspension, steering, and other vehicle systems
- Use diagnostic equipment and shop tools to identify and repair vehicle issues
- Document repairs and maintenance performed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate repair findings and additional service needs to the service team
Qualifications
- Previous automotive repair or maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Ability to use automotive tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred
