Team One Chevy of Gadsden is looking for a motivated automotive dealership Assistant Service Advisor to join our team!
The ideal candidate is a high energy individual who is looking for an opportunity to gain experience and learn from a dedicated team of mentors. This position includes identifying problems with automobiles, gathering information about warranties and provisions for service coverage, and drafting orders for repairs to be done. Being a determined self-starter who maintains a consistent level of outstanding customer satisfaction are must-have qualities for the Assistant Service Advisor position.
Training to become a Service Advisor will be provided!!

- Past experience in customer service

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer issues including warranty-related and escalated issues
- Facilitate and resolve warranty-related customer issues
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Work with technicians on the field to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Provide technical support and advice to our team of mobile mechanics
