Greenville Technical College is seeking a Faculty Member for its Paralegal Program in a full-time, on-site capacity at its Greenville, SC campus. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging courses, developing and revising curriculum, and assessing student performance to ensure academic success. The role also involves advising students, maintaining current knowledge of legal trends, collaborating with colleagues to enhance program offerings, and participating in academic committees and community outreach initiatives.

• Expertise in paralegal studies, legal research, and knowledge of legal systems
• Proficiency in course design, curriculum development, and academic assessment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teaching and mentoring students
• Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal industry developments and educational trends
• Juris Doctor degree or advanced degree in a relevant legal field
• Experience teaching or training in higher education or professional education settings
• A commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning environment
• Experience in program development or community outreach is a plus
