Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to infants’ needs, interests, and abilities
- Foster a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence
- Engage children in hands-on activities that promote social-emotional growth, language development, motor skills, and early childhood education fundamentals
- Monitor and document each child's progress, behavior, and milestones to support individualized learning plans
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians about daily activities, achievements, and any concerns
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently, including first aid procedures and emergency response readiness
- Manage classroom routines such as mealtime, nap time, diapering or potty training with patience and professionalism
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting or similar settings is highly valued
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; additional training in education is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills combined with positive behavior guidance techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and team members in a warm and professional manner
- Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports diversity and individual needs
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or classroom requirements while maintaining enthusiasm for teaching infants
