GreenStone Farm Credit Services is looking for Seasonal Tax & Accounting Staff to support our Tax & Accounting teams during our busiest time of year.
You don’t need years of tax experience to apply. If you’ve taken accounting courses or have previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, or a related area, we’d like to hear from you.
Season: Approximately November/December 2026 through April 2027
Pay: Starting at $20/hour
Schedule: Flexible seasonal schedule, with a minimum of 24 hours per week, during our Monday through Friday workweek
This is a temporary seasonal position and is not eligible for employee benefits.

What You’ll Do
Depending on your experience, you may:
- Help process year-end accounting information.
- Prepare W-2s, 1099s and other tax forms.
- Assist with payroll tax reporting.
- Support data entry and preparation of individual and business tax returns.
- Assist experienced Tax Accountants during tax season.
- Help keep work organized and moving to meet important tax deadlines.
- Work with customers and team members to provide great service.

- Recent accounting or business graduates.
- Individuals with previous accounting, bookkeeping, payroll or tax experience.
