- Assist with on-site inspection of real property collateral.
- Assist with collection and analysis of comparable real property sales data.
- Completion of real property value studies.
- Assist staff in providing customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Majors in business or related fields preferred.
- Sophomore status or above in your academic program.
- A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
- Strong interest in or prior experience working in the agricultural and/or real estate sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
