Position: RN Weekend Supervisor

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policies
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
• Perform resident assessments and accurately document findings
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants and licensed nursing staff
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, residents, and family members as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote a positive, team-focused environment while maintaining high standards of resident care
