Greens at Hendersonville is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Marketing Director to lead marketing, outreach, and community engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building referral partnerships, driving census growth, and being the face of the facility in the community.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing and outreach plan to drive occupancy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, referral partners, and community organizations
- Represent the facility through tours, events, and community engagement initiatives
- Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, social media, and online reputation
- Track and analyze marketing metrics; adjust strategies to meet census goals
- Collaborate closely with admissions and facility leadership to align marketing and sales efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3 years of healthcare marketing experience, preferably in senior living, skilled nursing, or long-term care
- Strong understanding of healthcare referral networks and sales strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

- Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance guidelines
