Are you an experienced RN with Long-Term Care experience looking to take the next step in your nursing leadership career? The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking a compassionate, motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our nursing team and partner closely with the Director of Nursing.
This role is ideal for a nurse leader who wants to grow professionally, mentor staff, and help drive quality resident care in a skilled nursing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of the nursing department alongside the DON
Assist with care planning, assessments, and quality initiatives
Help lead, educate, and support nursing staff
Participate in infection prevention and compliance efforts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care

Qualifications:
Active RN license (required)
Long-Term Care experience (required)
Leadership or management experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
