As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at GreenLight ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). - Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old
- Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change
- RBTs with active certification
- Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes
- Willingness and ability to pass a background check
