As an RBT, you will work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families to provide personalized ABA therapy sessions. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old
- Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change
- Competitive Pay: $23 - $30 per hour depending on experience
- Trainings: All staff get paid trainings when they start and throughout the year
- Client Cancellation Pay: We understand that cancellations can be challenging, and we provide pay for last minute cancellations that are outside of your control
