Job Summary:
We are seeking caring, collaborative, and experienced RBTs to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. As an RBT, you will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children between the ages of 2 to 18 years old, implement skill acquisition programs, and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will also support children and their families to promote independence and positive behavior change.

Job Summary:
We are seeking caring, collaborative, and experienced RBTs to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. As an RBT, you will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children between the ages of 2 to 18 years old, implement skill acquisition programs, and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will also support children and their families to promote independence and positive behavior change.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs
- Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change
- Competitive pay: $23 - $30 per hour depending on experience
- Trainings: All staff get paid trainings when they start and throughout the year
- Client Cancellation Pay: We understand that cancellations can be challenging, and we provide pay for last-minute cancellations that are outside of your control
