• Flexible Shift Between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to service the South Carolina Department of Public Safety Weigh Station located at Mile Marker #9 on Interstate 85 Northbound in Townville, SC.

Your Impact

As a Janitorial Cleaner, you are one of the most important representatives of GreenGuard. Your work ensures that employees, law enforcement personnel, commercial drivers, and visitors have access to a clean, sanitary, and welcoming facility every day. Your commitment to quality directly reflects our company's reputation and standards of excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, hallways, entrances, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated spaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and dispensers.
• Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
• Clean break rooms, counters, tables, sinks, and appliances.
• Spot clean walls, doors, windows, and glass surfaces.
• Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, or supply shortages to management promptly.
• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment according to company procedures.
• Keep janitorial closets and storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow all GreenGuard safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in a government facility.
• Ensure all assigned work is completed according to GreenGuard quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must have dependable attendance and punctuality.
