Janitorial Working Lead

FULL TIME WORKING LEAD

We're looking for a Janitorial Cleaner to join our team.

People you will work with: GCC janitorial team; supervisors; our clients

Impact you will have: As a Working Supervisor, you will set the standard for performance and professionalism on-site. You’ll be both a leader and a doer—ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standards while coaching and supporting your team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities you have:

• Perform general cleaning tasks: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash
• Clean and restock restrooms and breakrooms using appropriate disinfectants
• Use cleaning solutions and tools safely and effectively
• Conduct regular inspections of the work area to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide training and support to janitorial staff as needed
• Ensure all safety and cleaning protocols are being followed correctly
• Communicate maintenance or repair needs to management
• Maintain inventory of supplies and keep storage areas organized
• Fill in for absent staff and assist with workload balancing as needed

Core Competencies:

• Must have a Completely Clean Criminal Background
• Proven working experience
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently with minimal
• supervision
• Must have own transportation
• Must have a Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
