- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Promote fall prevention and safe mobility strategies
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current (or eligible) Wisconsin COTA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with older adults
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as Occupational Therapy Assistant.
