What You’ll Do as a COTA
-
Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
-
Assist residents in improving independence, mobility, and daily function
-
Lead therapeutic activities and functional interventions
-
Monitor resident progress and document outcomes accurately
-
Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive equipment and safety
-
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
-
Promote fall prevention and safe mobility strategies
What We’re Looking For
-
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
-
Current (or eligible) Wisconsin COTA license
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Passion for working with older adults
-
Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
