We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join us as Rehab Director at our vibrant senior living community in Dousman, WI.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the therapy department, fostering collaboration and excellence in care

• Mentor and support therapists and assistants, promoting professional growth and engagement

• Ensure efficient, patient-centered operations and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans

• Oversee scheduling, documentation, productivity, and quality assurance

• Encourage innovative, evidence-based approaches to therapy and functional recovery

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Wisconsin

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred—or a strong interest in developing leadership skills

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing or senior living settings
