For therapists in Green Bay (area) who are willing to support us at our more northern communities of Crivitz and Marinette, we will offer a travel bonus to recognize and reward that additional commitment. What You’ll Do as a PRN PT
-
Perform functional mobility and strength assessments
-
Build individualized, meaningful treatment plans
-
Provide skilled PT interventions to maximize mobility, safety, and independence
-
Educate residents and caregivers on mobility techniques and fall prevention
-
Recommend assistive devices and environmental modifications
-
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support whole-person wellness
-
Complete clear, timely clinical documentation
What You Bring
-
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Current or eligible Wisconsin PT license
-
Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
-
A passion for supporting older adults with dignity and compassion
-
Flexibility and a collaborative mindset
-
Willingness to travel from Green Bay to Crivitz or Marinette (with travel bonus!)
