Role Responsibilities
-
Lead and oversee daily rehabilitation operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered therapy services

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, as needed

Coordinate therapy scheduling, staffing, and productivity to support efficient operations
-
Mentor and support therapy staff, promoting engagement, accountability, and professional growth

Oversee documentation accuracy, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
-
Participate in Medicare meetings and collaborate with facility leadership, residents, and families
-
Promote evidence-based therapy practices and continuous program improvement
Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Wisconsin
-
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Experience in skilled nursing or senior living settings required

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Passion for working with older adults and leading a therapy team
