Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support therapy services at our highly respected senior living communities in Crivitz and Marinette. What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance quality of life and function
- Accurately document services per company and regulatory standards
What You Need:
- Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCCs
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing and senior living settings
- Professionalism, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
