Rehab Resources is seeking a passionate, energetic, and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in a PRN B-3 and outpatient pediatric role, providing services in the home and community throughout the Fond du Lac area. This is a consistent PRN opportunity (1–2 days per week) with after-school hours, ideal for therapists looking for flexibility while still making a meaningful impact with children and families.

Role of our pediatric PT
-
Provide B-3 and outpatient pediatric PT services in the home and community
-
Evaluate motor development, mobility, balance, coordination, and strength

Create individualized, play-based treatment plans
-
Support children in meeting developmental milestones

Collaborate with caregivers, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams

Participate in B-3 team meetings as appropriate

Educate families to promote carryover in daily routines

Maintain clear, timely documentation of goals and progress
