Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a PRN to Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our therapy team at our newly acquired senior campuses in Pigeon Falls and Whitehall, WI. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and flexible OT looking to provide high-quality care with the potential to grow into a regular part-time position.

Your Role Includes:

Evaluating residents and developing personalized treatment plans
-
Helping patients regain independence in daily living tasks (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and self-care

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Documenting progress according to regulatory and company standards
What We're Looking For:

Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

A passion for working with older adults in a skilled nursing setting

Dependability, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
