What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Processor/Loan Assistant position at Greeneville Federal Bank?
Greeneville Federal Bank, a local community bank, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Loan Processor/Loan Assistant. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in loan processing, loan operation or mortgage lending is preferred. Applicant must have excellent organizational and computer skills as well as the ability to work and communicate well with others in a fast-paced environment.
This position is responsible for performing duties related to real estate mortgage loans, consumer loans and small business loans. Duties include (but are not limited to) ordering appraisals, title work, credit reports, flood determination reports, UCC-1 searches, taking loan applications, generating loan documentation, closing loans and finalizing loan files, working with appraisers, title companies and attorneys. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to loan officers as well as management. Additional duties may include preparing credit memos, assisting customers, clearing exception reports, promoting business for the bank, and other duties as assigned.
Salary is negotiable based upon experience.
