This is an excellent, full-time opportunity for an experienced lender—or someone with a strong mortgage lending background who is interested in expanding into commercial and business lending. Requirements:What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and outbound calling.
- Meet with individuals and business owners to identify lending and financial needs.
- Originate and manage consumer, mortgage, and/or commercial loans based on experience and qualifications.
- Work with experienced lenders and bank leadership to develop knowledge and expertise in mortgage, commercial and business lending.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lending process.
- Represent the Bank in the community and build relationships that support continued growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Mortgage and/or commercial lending experience preferred.
- A strong interest in developing new business and growing customer relationships.
- Comfortable reaching out to prospective customers, making calls, and actively seeking opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented.
- Interest in learning and growing within the lending profession, including mortgage, commercial and business lending.
