Position Overview
Greener Group is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee large-scale public and private landscape construction projects ranging from $300K to $5 million. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-scope projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of landscape construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Oversee large, complex projects including rooftops, hardscapes, planters, fencing, and irrigation systems
- Ensure compliance with all project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, including prevailing wage/Certified Payroll (if applicable)
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project costs, track budgets, and manage change orders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to timelines
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Lead and mentor field teams to maintain productivity and high performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale landscape construction projects ($300K–$5M )
- Strong knowledge of complex landscape systems, including rooftops, hardscape, planters, fencing, and irrigation
- Experience with public works projects and compliance requirements (including certified payroll/prevailing wage regulations preferred)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license required
