Vending Inventory Associate

We are a fast-growing company looking for reliable, motivated team members to help prepare inventory for our vending machine operations. This is a great opportunity for students or anyone looking for a flexible part-time evening position with opportunities to learn and grow.

No prior vending, warehouse, or inventory experience is required. We provide full training and support — we are looking for people who are dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Position Details

• Job Title: Vending Inventory Associate
• Location: Las Vegas, NV
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: Evening shifts starting around 7:30 PM
• Expected Hours: 20–30 hours per week
• Pay: Starting at $16/hour

Responsibilities

• Prepare product kits for vending machine stocking
• Organize and stage inventory for daily operations
• Check product expiration dates and rotate stock using FIFO (first in, first out) practices
• Track inventory levels using our mobile inventory system
• Update stock information to support accurate reordering
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work evening shifts
• Ability to work in person at our Las Vegas location

Interview Process

Step 1: Video Interview
