About Us
We are a growing family-owned vending company serving businesses throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson area. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, clean and well-stocked machines, and building long-term relationships with our customers.
We're looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working independently and takes pride in doing quality work. No vending experience is required—we'll train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Restock vending machines with snacks and beverages.
- Rotate products and remove expired items.
- Keep machines clean, organized, and professional in appearance.
- Verify inventory levels and report products that need to be reordered.
- Photograph each machine after every service visit.
- Report equipment issues, damaged products, or customer concerns promptly.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, including clearing product jams, restarting equipment, checking connections, and following step-by-step instructions while working remotely with management via phone or video call to diagnose and resolve machine issues.
- Assist with minor machine maintenance and simple repairs after receiving training.
- Maintain accurate service logs and inventory records using a smartphone app.
- Build positive relationships with customers at each location.
- Follow established service routes and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, messaging, and live video calls to assist with remote troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn basic vending machine maintenance and follow remote technical guidance.
- Ability to follow written procedures and complete tasks consistently.
