Greene Resources is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
- Prepare solutions and standards, aliquot samples, and support extraction-related preparation activities in accordance with established protocols.
- Sort, plate, transfer, and organize biological samples while maintaining sample integrity and accurate chain-of-custody documentation.
- Operate laboratory instruments and automation systems, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and system performance checks.
- Perform and document work within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Follow sample storage, inventory management, safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
- Foundational knowledge of biological systems, laboratory operations, and common analytical workflows, including chromatography, mass spectrometry, and laboratory automation.
- Experience with laboratory automation systems, liquid handling robotics, or LIMS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow written procedures, and commitment to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
