Pay: Starting at $120,000/year up to $100,000 in annual bonuses!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing nurse case management services for fertility treatments. The Nurse Practitioner will be running their own satellite Fertility Clinic with the support of a Medical Director at their main hub location.

Job Description
- Provide care to patients with infertility issues.
- Perform initial examinations.
- Order and administer diagnostic tests.
- Record medical history.
- Update EHR.
- Diagnose infertility causes.
- Educate patients and couples about the causes of infertility and discuss necessary evaluation, treatment, and/or procedure plans.
- Perform IUI’s.
- Perform Ultrasounds and make necessary measurements & calculations while performing ultrasound procedures.
- Perform pre-procedure and post-procedure assessment and teaching.
- Build relationships – Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally to achieve the goals of the organization.
- Communicate effectively – Speak, listen, and write in a clear and thorough manner using professional and effective communication techniques.
- Focus on client Needs – Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of the internal and external clients to exceed their expectations.
- Foster Teamwork – Work cooperatively and effectively with others to assess problem situations and identify causes, gather, and process relevant information in an effort to resolve problems.
- Ability to complete 2 months of training at our client's Winston-Salem location (housing/travel expenses will be covered during training period).
- IVF/fertility experience and background in women’s health preferred; training will be provided
- Valid NP or PA license required
- A self-starting individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence
- Become ASRM
- REI Nurse Certified.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, minimum lifting (no more than 10 lbs), bending; stooping; normal or corrected visual, hearing, and good manual dexterity are required.
