Position: Standing Reach Truck Operator
Location: Raleigh, NC
Pay: $20.50/hour
Experience: Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, or order picking experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Type: Full-time; Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm
Greene Resources is seeking a Standing Reach Truck Operator to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Perform order picking, packing, and preparation of shipments.
- Handle shipping and receiving processes, including working with carriers.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems as needed.
- Read and follow pick tickets, work instructions, and shipping documentation.
- Ensure accuracy in counting, labeling, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Position Requirements:
- MUST have experience with stand-up reach trucks.
- Ability to safely operate or learn material handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
