Greene Resources is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, including robotics.
- Calibrate, adjust, and fine-tune machines based on production needs.
- Conduct root cause analyses to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality output and smooth operation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of technical projects.
- Maintain compliance with GMP and safety regulations at all times.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience with mechanical and pneumatic conveying systems.
- Familiarity with PLC systems (Allen Bradley and/or Siemens) preferred.
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated facility preferred.
- Skilled in using common hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
