Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!
What You'll Do:
- Ensure the efficient operation and support of our maintenance department
- Assign PMs, checking completion, and tracking rates
- Manage and direct daily activities to team members
- Ensure all safety standards, policies, and procedures are followed
- Review the operation of plant equipment and systems, solving problems promptly and identifying improvement opportunities
- Make calls to tech support for issues with machines, responsible for lean manufacturing, 5S, and 6-Sigma
- Work with the departments to implement processes and develop improvement plans
- Create department procedures and facilitate training
- Experience: 5 years of maintenance experience is required. 4 years of supervisory experience is required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED. Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training.
- Working knowledge of PLCs and controls
- Must have good leadership capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
