- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates and build talent pipelines for local and nationwide roles.
- Manage recruitment projects and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Develop partnerships with universities for early career talent programs.
- Support employer branding through recruiting events and outreach.
- Build relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Strong ability to manage multiple searches and meet deadlines.
