What You Will Do
- Assist with the administration, recruitment, hiring, discipline, and separation of team members in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing associates
- Maintain associate timecards, process payroll submissions, and manage employment records
- Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Executive Director
- Oversee business office operations, including:
- Billing, accounts receivable and payable
- Bank deposits and financial tracking
- Supporting marketing efforts and conducting community tours
- Support the planning and execution of strategies to ensure efficient community operations
- Post, balance, and reconcile resident accounts and ledgers
- Assist in developing and monitoring operating and capital budgets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
- Provide front office and telephone support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position reports directly to the Executive Director and is expected to operate independently with sound judgment. Responsibilities include supervising Concierge team members, conducting performance evaluations, and assisting with disciplinary actions and hiring decisions.
Why You Are Qualified
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field required (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience, preferably in accounting, bookkeeping, or office management
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday
