Production Manager - Regional Events (Auburn)

The Production Team Member is responsible for supporting the setup, execution, and breakdown of events within the Hospitality division. This role requires a reliable, hands-on team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring events are executed smoothly and meet client expectations.

• Assist with the physical setup of events, including equipment, seating, décor, and operational materials


• Ensure all equipment and materials are properly handled, organized, and stored following events


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, storage areas, and equipment

• Support live event operations, including coordination with team members, vendors, and event leads


• Assist in resolving on-site issues quickly and effectively to ensure smooth event flow


• Follow event timelines and instructions to ensure accurate execution

• Assist with inventory management and tracking of event equipment and supplies


• Support loading, unloading, transportation, and delivery of materials to and from event sites


• Ensure proper care, handling, and accountability of company assets

• Interact with clients and guests in a professional and courteous manner


• Support a positive guest experience by responding to needs and maintaining service standards

• Follow company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures at all times


• Promote accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail in all responsibilities


• Ensure compliance with company policies and event expectations

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus


• Experience in event operations, hospitality, or a related field preferred


• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely


• Strong teamwork and communication skills


• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

$40,000, commensurate with education and experience.

This position requires frequent travel to event venues, job sites, and company locations, along with flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
