Job Summary
The Field Service Technician is responsible for supporting the delivery, setup, and operation of integrated service equipment at client sites. This role requires a dependable, hands-on team member who can work efficiently in the field while ensuring services meet company standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Setup
Install and set up equipment, including restroom trailers, ice services, and Skylink systems at client sites
Ensure all services are fully operational and meet quality and performance standards
Assist with breakdown and removal of equipment following service completion
Equipment Maintenance & Care
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
Identify and report any issues, damages, or required repairs
Ensure proper handling and care of all company assets
Logistics & Coordination
Support delivery schedules and transportation of equipment to and from job sites
Assist with inventory tracking, loading, and unloading of supplies
Ensure materials and equipment are properly organized and accounted for
Customer Interaction
Interact professionally with clients and site contacts during service delivery
Address immediate client concerns and escalate issues as needed
Maintain a positive and service-focused attitude on-site
Standards, Training, & Accountability
Follow company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures
Maintain reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ensure compliance with all company policies and expectations
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical experience with equipment setup, maintenance, or field operations
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Pay
$60,000/year, commensurate with experience
Travel Requirement
This position requires frequent travel to client sites, company locations, and service areas, along with flexibility to support operations as needed.
