Compensation: $20.00-25.00/hr Performance-Based Incentives (Tiered Sign-up Bonuses)
At Greenacre Law, we don’t just "answer phones"—we change lives by helping people navigate complex legal challenges. We are looking for a high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist who understands that intake is Sales, not just administrative work.
We believe that the first person a client speaks to is the most important person in the firm. If you are empathetic, persuasive, and incredibly organized, we want you to be the face of our firm.
- The First Impression: Manage all incoming calls with professional warmth and urgency. Greet clients when they arrive for appointments with attentive courtesy.
- The Gatekeeper: Qualify leads using our proven scripts to ensure they are a perfect fit for our attorneys.
- The Closer: Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients who haven't signed yet. You will own the "Lead Recovery" process.
- Administrative Support: Process physical mail, update Clio Contact Information, and ensure all data in our CRM is "system-ready" for the legal team.
- Client Onboarding: Execute the "First 48 Hours" onboarding sequence to ensure new clients feel supported and informed immediately after signing.
- Customer Service Experience
- Bilingual Mastery: 100% fluency in English and Spanish is required. You must be able to explain complex concepts in both languages comfortably.
- In-Office Presence: This is a 100% in-office role at our Carlsbad location. Reliability is non-negotiable.
- Sales Mindset: You aren't afraid to ask for the sign-up or handle objections. You view "No" as the start of a follow-up sequence, not the end of the conversation.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Clio, HubSpot, or CallRail is a massive plus. You should be able to navigate multiple screens and software suites simultaneously. We will train on Clio and new technology as it is integrated into our system.
- The "Bar": You represent the bar of excellence. You are proactive, not reactive.
- Competitive Base: $20.00-25.00/hr.
