What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Client Experience Coordinator position at KAMINSKIY DESIGN & REMODELING?
Kaminskiy Design & Remodeling is seeking a warm, polished, and professional individual to serve as the face and voice of our company.
This is a highly visible front-office role. You will be the first impression for clients visiting our showroom and calling our office. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, presents themselves professionally, and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment.
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM (In-office)
• Must be punctual and reliable (responsible for opening the office daily)
• Occasional evening or weekend availability required for seminars, open houses, and home shows
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Experience
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally
• Greet clients warmly in the showroom
• Schedule consultations
• Send confirmations and reminders
• Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment
CRM & Administrative Support
• Update contact records and notes in HubSpot
• Log calls and follow-up activity
• Keep lead information organized and current
Event Support
• Assist with coordination of monthly seminars and open houses
• Manage registration lists
• Prepare materials and supplies
• Support event-day logistics

Compensation:
• $22–$25 per hour DOE
