Job Description:
The AR/Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient workplace. This position supports daily operations by managing administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate entry of all receivable transactions, coordinating communication between departments, and serving as a primary point of contact for staff and visitors. By overseeing office logistics and ensuring smooth workflow, the AR/Customer Service Specialist helps create a productive environment that enables all team members to focus on their core responsibilities and supports the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes and assists all visitors entering Green Source Automation
- Picks up, processes, and distributes mail.
- Assists in sales contract creation and customer relations for both domestic and international business.
- Sets up new customers and maintains customer documentation, files, and historical records in accordance with company policy. (insurance, 1099's, payment terms, etc.)
- Creates and maintains customer records in NetSuite.
- Executes recurring customer check-ins (e.g., quarterly or monthly) to review account status, gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manages customer collections.
- Responds to customer inquiries.
- Maintains customer sales tax excemption forms.
- Creates invoices and applies customer payments.
- Files all necessary documentation into the correct locations.
- Registers robots and maintains F#'s.
Other Expecations
- Accuracy and attention to detail in daily activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Being able to meet strict deadlines.
- Assists in other projects as needed or assigned.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
